1> Web Designing/UI Designing

Experience Level : 1 to 3 yrs

Roles and responsibilities
1> Knowledge of Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Flash is compulsary. 2> Must have good knowledge of designing using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery.
3> Must have knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Flash Professional.
4> Must Have knowledge of creating basic flash objects using Actionscript 3
5> Must have Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
6> Must have a creative bend. Good skills on Responsive Website Design.
7> Experience and knowledge of designing websites using bootstrap is plus.
8> Must have knowledge of Adobe Photoshop GUI Creation and implementation

2> PHP Developer

Experience Level : 1 to 3 yrs

Roles and responsibilities

1> Hands on Experience with core PHP coding and various functions and class. hands on experience with MYSQL Queries.
2> Good knowledge of JQUERY,AJAX,JSON,,MYSQL,CSS.
3> Good Knowledge of OOPS,MVC Framework,HTML5.
4> Knowledge of Linux/Unix platform.
5> Knowledge of LAMP Environment (Linux , Apache ,MYSQL , PHP).
6> Strong design, development, Deployment and Integration experience in highly efficient web applications.
7> Must have very good communication skills, well-organized, good team player and an independent thinker.
8> Should possess sound knowledge of SDLC methodologies, Business Analysis and requirements gathering and analysis Knowledge of CMS like Word Press and Joomla, etc. will be an added advantage.

3> Accountant/Accounts Assistant

Experience Level : 0 to 3 yrs or worked in a Chartered Accountant firm will be preferred.

Education : Graduation/Post Graduation (Accounts Specialization).

Skills : Accounting, Corporate Finance, Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Reporting Research Results, SFAS Rules, Confidentiality, Time Management, Data Entry Management, General Math Skills.

Roles and responsibilities

1> Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
2> Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
3> Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
4> Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
5> Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
6> Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
7> Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
8> Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions. 
9> Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
10> Secures financial information by completing data base backups.

Job Responsibilities :

1) Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
2) Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
3) Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
4) Report to management regarding the finances of establishment.
5) Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts.
6) Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
